The 1/2″ Steel (Black Oxide) Staff-Lok Collar Hinged is designed for larger, non-rotary applications where frequent shaft positioning and adjustment are required without tools. Its integral hinge and conformal cam lever allow the collar to be opened, moved, and re-clamped by hand, while the knurled nut provides easy adjustment of the clamping preset. Simply lift the lever, reposition the collar, and clamp it securely by hand. Available in 1/2 in through 2-1/2 in bore sizes, it is machined from steel with a smooth bore to provide secure positioning while helping protect the shaft from damage.
