  • The 3/8″ Steel (Black Oxide) Micro-Adjust Stop Collar Assembly is designed to provide fine, precise axial adjustment along a shaft and can be used as a stop, locator, or adjustable shim. Its assembly consists of two knurled one-piece collars that clamp directly to the shaft and connect through a male-female hub with 40-pitch threads, allowing smooth, micrometer-like adjustment. Each collar travels 0.025 in per turn, providing accurate control over the position of either or both collar faces. The knurled edges allow easy manual adjustment, while the direct shaft-clamping design provides superior axial holding power for secure and repeatable positioning.
